Personal Training

I offer personal training to all ages interested in soccer.  With soccer, I encourage small group training so that the competitive edge still remains within the session. It helps with chemistry between teammates and enhances creativity among the players. With small groups, it expands the possibilities of training exercises.

In addition, I also provide personal training (Strength and Conditioning) for athletes who want to train at the next level.  After four years at the University of Cincinnati and utilizing two different speed and agility gyms around the Akron area, I developed my own training methods to make it to the next level. I would create different programs based on the athlete’s wants and needs.  I tend to stay away from gyms with weights because of the importance of training your relative body weight.
